High resolution satellite images are typically from IKONOS or QUICKBIRD =
(the ones used by Google Earth) with a resolution of about 1 m, and a =
cost of around 20 US $ / km2, but they are really recent images =
(2000-...). I don't think there had been high resolution satellites that =
