I have a shapefile with 44 rectangles oriented to various angles which represent turbine pads. I would like to find some kind of tool to create a grid of points within each rectangle. The points will need to be in the same orientation as each individual rectangle, and I need to be able to specify not only the distance between points, but the distance to place points from the edge of each rectangle.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
