There is a program called Project Packer that my company purchased a few years ago that will do what you need. There were a few quirks with it if I remember correctly, but it's been a long time since I've looked at it and there is very possibly a newer version available now. I apologize that I really don't have any other info for you but I currently can not locate the CD. Hope This helps.

of the Arcview shapefiles in a project, and the project file, into something
