Hello everyone,
I am in desperate need for Landsat Imagery (at this time I only need the first 3 bands to make a true color composite) for the Copper River Basin in Alaska. I have currently exhausted my options for free (or relatively cheap) landsat imagery by spending many hours (and thus my budget) researching and processing online data (http://glcfapp.umiacs.umd.edu:8080/esdi/index.jsp). To my dismay my final remote sensing exercise turned out to be inadequate for my needs, due to the scenes being from different years, and the resolution being relatively poor. At this time I need the data solely for a cartographic backdrop for specific analysis within the Copper River Basin. I am praying that someone has a Landsat mosaic of the area, or other leads that I may have overlooked. To make matters more difficult, I need the finest resolution available. Since this data is extremely important for two different projects, and assuming that the likelihood of me finding free processed landsat data is unlikely, I'm sure that I could figure out away to pay for the data (heh, how many of us have worked for free on weekends?). So any of you have any leads at all (and a general idea of what a fare price is per scene or for a mosaic) please let me know. I knew I should have taken more RS classes in school.
Thanks in advance for any assistance an of you can offer...
Sincerely,
