Jorge,
If you are still using ArcGIS 8.3 then I think the tool you are looking
for is in the Geoprocessing wizard. I don't think ESRI removed the
Wizard till 9.0. Otherwise you will want to most likely use the Union or
Identity tools.

another. I cant find it on geoprocessing tools from ArcMap where I use
