The question below especially addressed to those folks
working in transportation departments or
contractors/consultants/vendors providing geospatial
data and services to transportation industry.
I am wondering, what are the technologies being used
in collecting, analyzing, storing and retrieving
quantitative and qualitative data about traffic signs,
especially pedestrian crossing facilities (signs and
white stripes marked on the pavement)?
