The organisers of the 2006 Vespucci Summer Institute on Geographic
Information Science,

are pleased to announce that several grants/scholarships have been made
available by summer institute sponsors. These include:

- 2 full grants offered by Ordnance Survey GB (for GB residents), =


- 2 full grants by the Geoide network (Canadian students),

- 1 full grant by ESRI (open, preference given to students from developing
regions), and =


- 12 full grants by U.S. National Science Foundation (IGERT program): open
competition (US students) closes 31 March.
