Did you get a reply to this e-mail, I've been keeping your
e-mail in hopes that someone would reply and give you the script so that
I could get a copy of it and use it myself. If you got a reply could you

create mailing labels.
I printed it and put it away so that I wouldn't lose it. Then I lost
it.
