Hello,
I am looking for online sources of free GIS data for the state
of Virginia (particularly Rappahannock County): preferably a one-stop
clearinghouse that has data in the same projection. I use ArcGIS 9.1 and
AV 3.2a and am particularly interested in the following data layers:
Recent (since 2000) aerial photography
2' topo contour elevations w/ attribute data
USGS/DEQ streams (1:24,000 scale w/ attributes such as stream names and
classifications)
Wetlands (NWI or other)
Hydrologic Units (USGS/DEQ)
Any Climate Data
Flood Zones (FEMA or other)
Prime Farmland
