Greetings to everyone!
I am doing some research on landslides in Central America. I am looking for
some script/extension, etc. that may help me calculate the length and width
of the landslides. More specifically, I am looking for a tool that can
obtain the length of the landslides from the highest point to the lowest
point of each landslide, and the widest length parallel to contour lines. I
wish I could do it manually but I have over 7,000 landslides. The data I
have are the shapefile of the landslides and a DEM. I will post the
suggestions and ideas.
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot!
