Hi,
Does anyone know what the datum for the 1990 census data available from:
http://arcdata.esri.com/data/tiger2000/tiger_download.cfm
is? In TIGER92 it was NAD27, but the 1990 data I've downloaded from here
lines up exactly with NAD83 data from TIGER2002. Perhaps ESRI
transformed it to NAD83? Unfortunately, it's not defined in the readme
file and there is no prj file.
