Tripp, This will only work if you have an 8.3 machine. Create an empty 8.3 Geodatabase. Now on your 9.1 machine copy your feature datasets, feature classes, and tables to the 8.3 gdb using ArcCatalog. So long as you do not have any special features like annotation, it should work for you. Convenient huh?

I am trying to find how to convert a personal Geodatabase from 9.x to 8.3. This is a simple geodatabase that does not contain any special features.
