Those are files that make up part of an ArcInfo Coverage. Coverages are com=
plex GIS file types that require the date to be in specific folders contain=
ed in a single workspace folder. If the files are not organized correctly t=
hen the Coverage will not work. You should have at least two folders. One w=
ill be named the same as the coverage and will contain all the spatial info=
rmation. The other will be named info and will contain all the attribute in=
formation. ESRI's website will have more information on the format.

It doens=B4t ring any bells by me.
How to change this in something i can read in microstation or geomedia. I h=
aven=B4t got fme.
