Hello, This is kind of an odd question.
I had a line which I knew the angle and the distance. I wanted to calculate the delta x and the delta y using trig functions. I found that using the sine and cosine functions in my spreadsheet produced wrong results. I used a scientific calculator and received right results. Does anyone know why the difference?
Example: Spreadsheet says sine of 89.1712056 is .934414355, scientific calculator says 0.999895380.
Thanks,
