Please...it was a question, not a statement or slighting comment. I
represent only one division of a national company that subscribes to
numerous 'lists'. I asked because we see more 'for profit' emails these
days: as compared to some 10 or more years ago.

Excuse the inquiry...didn't mean to cause a stink.

I'm sure everyone has an opinion on whether business solicitations should or

should not be posted on this list serv. Other GIS list servs I belong to
have posted emails on the subject for days without an end is sight. The
result was a mass exodus from the list serv. My two-cents - have the list
serv administrator(s) make a decision and call it a day.
