Sounds like your license manager is not automatically starting when the
machine boots. You don't mention which operating system you use. That
makes a big difference in how you fix this problem. Look at
support.esri.com. They have some white papers and sample scripts that
should help.

I ask your help because I've got a problem with ArcGis 8.2. When I try
to run the program, the following error message appears:

1)Check the lmgrd log file , or 2) Try lmreread

License path: @hostname
FLEXlm error: -97,380. System Error: 10061""
If I re-install License Manager, Arcgis work perfectly, but after
restarting the computer I still have the same problem.
