Hello GeoListers,
I am looking for a free utility that will allow me to crop georeferenced aerial photography, maintain or create an associated world file, and export as a sid, tif, or jpeg. Ideally I would like an extension or script compatible with AV 3.2a or ArcGIS 9.1 but this is not an absolute necessity.
I am also in search of a free utility that will allow me to register/georeference a scanned image.
Thank You,
A Davis
