Does anyone know of any good utilities for address
validation/verification? I have thousands of addresses that I need to
geocode, and the address data is in poor shape. It is mostly filled
with inconsistencies. I've looked into USPS Address verification API,
but they do not allow batch corrections (even if it is not-for-profit).
I'm hoping for inexpensive or free (as usual).
