Hello,
Thanks to everyone who replied to my email. Below is a summary of the tools that allowed me to clip & register images.
Happy Thanksgiving,
A Davis
ArcGIS: Arctoolbox> Data Mgmt> Raster> Clip: clip based on another polygon and export as tiff, imagine image or grid
ArcGIS: View> Toolbox> Georeferencing: register/georeference a raster image to a projected data set. See Help topic "Georeferencing A Raster Data Set"
AV 3.x: Create images.avx- downloaded from http://arcscripts.esri.com/: clip images (sid, jpegs, tiffs) to a polygon theme and export as jpeg or bmp w/ world file
AV 3.x: Image Crop Miser v3.avx- downloaded from http://arcscripts.esri.com/: clip tiff images manually w/ mouse or enter coordinates and export as tiff w/ world file

Original Message: Hello GeoListers, I am looking for a free utility that will allow me to crop georeferenced aerial photography, maintain or create an associated world file, and export as a sid, tif, or jpeg. Ideally I would like an extension or script compatible with AV 3.2a or ArcGIS 9.1 but this is not an absolute necessity. I am also in search of a free utility that will allow me to register/georeference a scanned image. Thank You, A Davis
