If there are "unexpected errors" are there also "expected errors?" If
not, then why classify the errors as unexpected? Are not most errors
such the example below unexpected al least from the viewpoint of the
user? Are there any software applications that list an intelligible
error message that might actually lead the user to a solution to the
problem?

Are any of you experiencing this error when trying to print with 9.2?
"An unexpected error occurred while trying to Print the Map."
Not exactly the most helpful error message.
