Hi Tripp
Thanks for the suggestion.
Just tried that but there is still an "error" message saying that the file is missing its spatial reference so although it can be drawn in ArcMap, it cannot be projected. Also using the measurement tool, there are no units assigned.
Can you advise?
Many thanks

I am not familiar with an OS raster tile but I am assuming since you said it had a tfw file that it is just a tif file. If this is the case you would add it like any other layer. To do that:
First select the add layer button. It is the one that looks like yellow sheets of paper with a black "+" on it. Second navigate to the file and click on it. Lastly click on the Add button
I hope this helps.

Hi everyone I am a newbie to ArcGIS. I have an OS 1:10,000 raster tile and its corresponding tfw file. Would someone be able to give me step by step instructions on what I need to do to get the file into ArcGIS? Many thanks
