Hi Listers,
I have a quick question for those of you with experience in Public Works
department GIS work. Could you please let me know what product/layer or
two, you feel provides the largest return on investment in a Public
Works setting, and why?
For example, I've heard for years that maintaining a parcel layer often
proves to provide the largest return on investment to an Assessor or
Planning department for the simple fact that it usually ensures a more
accurate and comprehensive management system/mechanism for taxation.
