Thanks Joe. I was able to read and use this WMS in our Gaia 3/IR viewer no
problem. It works very well, and the data looks really good. Here is the
layer I accessed -

I meant to include this in the original listing.
The only work around for this problem is to reduce the DPI and the Image
Quality ratio at the same time. This is not ideal, but all the articles/forum
threads i found on this lead to the same result. The WMS has an image size
request limit, and once it is passed it denies the request, end of story.

I have been using it a lot lately but I have problems printing layouts from
ArcGIS in any sizes larger than 17X22 (ANSI C). Once the layout size is
large than that, the layer just doesn't draw(nor print nor export to
image). Has anyone had similar issues with a WMS layer or a solution for
this type of problem? I thought perhaps lowering the display quality, or
building a map cache would work, but neither did.
I am working in ArcView 9.2 on Windows XP.
