The only way I have done this is using Manifold GIS - enterprise edition. They have a native Oracle Call Interface(OCI), that allows you to import, link and export tables and drawings to an Oracle DB saving the drawing attributes within the database and drawing geometry as SDO_GEOMETRY type.
