I work for a municipality of about 20,000 lots. We would like to design optimal routes/coverage areas for the solid waste pickup crews. What are some options available for software/tools that would help accomplish this task. I've looked at RouteSmart which seems to be a good application. I am still interested in hearing about other, perhaps more affordable options. We also have access to ArcInfo 9.2.
