Hello Everybody,
I need to find particular type of pavement areas
within a region of about 8000 square kilometers (2000
acres: 3000 sq miles)!
I have access to the whole area covered by 0.6 meter
aerial imaging (3500 images of 2.25 square kilometers
each).
I need:
1. an step by step procedure (best practices) to
"scan" all of these images for the type of surface
that I am interested in:
2. for the whole project I would have to use open
source software, so any good recommendation is highly
appreciated.
Any idea counts!
