Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. The two main sources for the
data I need are:
The ArcIMS server at the EPA (http://geodata.epa.gov/) - which was
under my nose the whole time!
The TRI shapefiles at Mapcruzin.com. It's not the must recent year of
data avialable, but it already has some of the TRI database data
attirbuted to the sites, which saves a lot of work. It will be a good
start for exploring the potential of the data set.
