Nope. Do you have DS MapBook running? (or the MapLogic Layout Manager)? Another solution could be to write yourself a little script in vba for example which does a loop through each of your points, changes the title while keeping the extent and exports a pdf automatically. If you check out arcscripts or other sources you should be able to find lots of examples which do similar stuff.
