While I thing folks could loan you a license, it is a violation of the ESRI software license for anyone to sell their license or old licenses to anyone. I would recommend contacting ESRI and see if they would not be willing to work with you. At least they might be willing to give you a temporary license. I am Volunteering at a University in Ecuador. We have an ArcView8.3 (with multiple extensions) environment. We'd lke to build a water monitoring data base using the ArcHydro model. However we need ArcInfo 8.3 to process the model and build the topology.
