Trimble has a new PDA unit that I believe would meet your requirements.
It is called the Juno. Here is a link for more info:

Subject: [gislist] Capturing raw GPS Coordinates

Hello,

I would like to purchase either a PDA that has GPS built in or purchase
a GPS that would click on to my existing Palm TX. The GPS needs to be
WAAS enabled so I can get better accuracy. I would like to be able to
capture coordinates standard programs such as a spreadsheet or memo pad.
Is this possible without purchasing 3rd party software? If I need
software to do this, what is out there? Palm OS or Windows Mobile is
fine.
