You can open the attribute table for the Anno feature class and use the field calculator to change the size value.

Dear listers,
Can you help me out again?
I have a feature class that I labeled using Georgia 14 pt. I converted the
labels to Annotation. OK
But then I realized that 14 pt was too big. I want to change it all to 10
pt. BUT I can't find how to change them all, just one at a time.
Is there a solution?
