If you have ArcGIS Desktop, ArcCatalog has a tool that will convert some MapInfo files to a Shapefile. It is on the ArcView 8.x toolbar. I am looking for a simple solution to converting Mapinfo files (TABS?) to shapefiles so that I can use them ArcView, Arc9 or Manifold. Anyone know of a freely available converter?
Thanks
