You could export the map to a raster. Then use the Georeferencing toolbar to georeference the exported image back to your map. I also think ArcGIS 9.2 has the option to export a Georeferenced image. I am not at my computer with ArcGIS loaded so I could be wrong on that.

arcgis.I have used geopdf technique but my requiremnet is to get a raster
format.
