Conductive Paintings in Maker Programs (Hannah's Take)

Photo of weekend Maker Programs.

Today's activity was conductive paint! "Bare Paint" is a paint that once dry becomes conductive and can be set up as part of a circuit with a battery and LED to make the LED light up! We also had regular paint, so guests could paint a picture and then ad their light and conductive paint on top and create a unique creation! The project too longer than expected, but part of that was guests were just having so much fun painting! it also took time because we had to wait for the paint to dry for the paint to really be conductive. A lot of guests really thought the paint was cool and learned a lot about circuits!
