Enghouse Systems Limited Restructures Management TeamMarkham, Canada - Enghouse Systems Limited [TSE: ESL] today announced that the Company has restructured its senior management team. The position of President and Chief Executive Officer (formerly held by two individuals) is being merged and assumed by Andrew Nellestyn until the Board concludes its search for a long term replacement. The position of Chief Operating Officer has been eliminated. The Board has also appointed Wayne Thompson as Vice President Marketing and Sales pending conclusion of an executive search for this position.Claudette MacKay–Lassonde, Chairman of the Board stated that, "Mr. Nellestyn and Mr. Thompson are highly qualified as both have served in similar executive positions in the Information Technology and software applications industry where they have enjoyed successful careers. Their appointments will assure an effective and rapid transition during the Company’s restructuring".
