Main Course Technologies Teams With GoAmerica to Offer Wireless Mobile Asset Tracking
LOS ANGELES, July 26, 2000--Main Course Technologies, a leading wireless application development company, has signed an agreement with GoAmerica Inc. (Nasdaq:GOAM), a leading wireless Internet service provider, to offer remote access to Main Course Technologies' Web-based mobile asset tracking service.

Together, the two companies will offer wireless access to MainCourse's PortaTrack(TM) service, which provides corporate customers a means of locating and tracking employees, vehicles and other mobile assets. The PortaTrack(SM) service can be activated on a wide variety of wireless devices when connected to a GPS (Global Positioning System) through a serial port connection. All location and tracking information will be hosted on the Main Course Technologies Web site (www.mctworldwide.com) and as a result of the relationship between the two companies, the full PortaTrack service including tracking and mapping will be accessible via a variety of hand-held devices, pagers, PDAs and laptops.

"We are very excited about our relationship with GoAmerica, as it enables us to offer our customers the best combination of tracking technologies to meet their needs," said Patrick Coggins, CEO and co-founder of Main Course Technologies. "As the mobile workforce grows, it becomes increasingly important for businesses to be able to communicate effectively with employees. We feel confident that wireless access to the PortaTrack technology will increase productivity and flexibility for our customers."

Main Course clients will also have access to GoAmerica'Go.Web(TM) service, which compresses and encrypts Internet data, enabling users to enjoy wireless access to corporate e-mail, important business information and Web content including financial news, sports, weather and travel updates.
