CAMBRIDGE, England, and DENVER, Colorado- (May 15, 2000)-Smallworld (Nasdaq: SWLDY), a leading provider of network software solutions, today announced it has acquired the Rad-LineÔ of software tools from Convergent Group Corp., a provider of professional services that enable its utility and local government clients to implement Internet-based eBusiness solutions.
