HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Mar 30, 2001 - Intergraph Corporation (Nasdaq: INGR) will provide an online, real-time webcast and rebroadcast of its 1st Quarter 2001 financial results conference call to be held on Monday, April 30, 2001, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. Listeners can access the webcast at www.intergraph.com. Listeners will be asked to pre-register and should plan to visit www.intergraph.com 5 to 10 minutes before the broadcast of the conference call, which will begin at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. A replay of the Webcast will also be available for on-demand access an hour after the initial Webcast and continuing until May 30, 2001.

Starting with Q1 of 2001, Intergraph will for the first time report financial results for each of its operating segments: Intergraph Process & Building Solutions, Intergraph Government Solutions, Intergraph Mapping and GIS Solutions, Intergraph Public Safety, which includes the company's Utilities and Communications divisions, and Z/I Imaging, a joint venture company formed with Carl Zeiss of Germany, in which Intergraph owns a 60% interest.

Earlier this week, Intergraph participated in the Wall Street Analyst Forum's Institutional Investor Conference in New York, providing an overview of the company's new business model, which is based upon vertically focused independent business units, each with complete responsibility for worldwide profit and loss. A Webcast of the March 28 presentation by CEO Jim Taylor, including accompanying slides, is available online and can be accessed by going to www.intergraph.com and clicking on the Wall St. Analyst Forum Webcast icon.
