Unterschleissheim (Germany), December 3, 2001 - With SATYAM Computer Ltd., ComROAD AG, leading provider of telematic networks, has won another important partner for extending its worldwide GTTS telematic network.

The company has entered into an agreement with SATYAM Navigation, the telematics division of SATYAM Computer Ltd., for setting up and operating GTTS service centers and distributing ComROAD's in-car computers throughout India. As early as the end of this year, SATYAM Navigation is to install one GTTS telematics portal; more portals are planned for 2002 and the following years.

Together, SATYAM Navigation and ComROAD will develop products for the sectors of navigation, vehicle monitoring, the capturing of traffic data and mobile data transmission. The contract is valid for five years, to be prolonged automatically.
