AutoCAD plug-in available for $500 through end of year
Madison, Wisconsin - The special introductory offer of the IcoMap plug-in
for AutoCAD is entering its final month. During this promotion, which lasts
until December 31, 2001, a single-user license of IcoMap is available for
$500 - which is 50% off the standard base price. Full details are available
at http://www.uclid.com/gis/autocadoffer.htm
IcoMap 3 for AutoCAD is a full-featured, parcel mapping toolkit with three
conversion technologies: heads-up digitizing, ten-key COGO and its own
patented Text-to-Vector® conversion process. Text-to-Vector, also known as
Point-n-Click COGO, is a unique method of converting scanned or ASCII text
into accurate vector lines and curves. IcoMap's Text-to-Vector feature has
a point-and-click interface which is easy to learn and use. Because it uses
bearings, distances and other survey measurements to create the vector
linework, Text-to-Vector technology is as accurate as COGO.
Since its release in 1999, IcoMap 3 has won several awards for its design,
including the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) New Product
Award for 2001, and the 2001 TitleTech Discovery Award for the best new
software application for the title and settlement services industry.
IcoMap may be purchased in both single-user and floating license
configurations. A single "floating" license allows the application to be
installed on multiple systems but only one user may run the program at a
time. IcoMap 3 for AutoCAD is now available in the floating license
configuration for $650. All IcoMap products come with 30 days of free
technical support. IcoMap 3 for AutoCAD requires AutoCAD 2000/2000i/2002 or
AutoCAD Map 2000/2000i.
