Mochty and Stewart Promoted at Woolpert


DAYTON, Ohio (February 23, 2001)...Woolpert LLP recently promoted two individuals within the Survey/Global Positioning Systems (GPS) service line. Thomas Mochty, a Woolpert partner, was promoted to survey service line director. Kent Stewart was promoted to survey group manager.

Mochty formerly managed all surveying operations at Woolpert's Dayton office, including GPS, computer-aided design (CAD), topographic mapping, boundary surveys, and construction layout. In his new role, he will oversee all operations within the Survey service line. Mochty is registered as a Professional Surveyor in Ohio and Michigan and is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio, Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors, Institute of Navigation, and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. He graduated from Ferris State University with a B.S. in Surveying Engineering.

Stewart, a former survey project manager at Woolpert, was responsible for scheduling, client contact, proposal development and contract negotiations on a variety of survey projects. In his new position, he will manage all surveying operations at Woolpert's Dayton office. Stewart is registered as a Professional Surveyor in Oklahoma and a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio, Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors, and the Institute of Navigation.
