MultiNet (USA), and to its real-time, Internet-based geocoding service,
EZ-Locate Online.
Tele Atlas MultiNet (USA) provides highly accurate street level data,
highly

North America EZ-Locate Online is a real-time, online geocoding

and advanced geocoding techniques, the EZ-Locate Online service

the high match rates that businesses require.
"Joining the Geography Network is another great opportunity for Tele
Atlas North America to provide its superior data and services in the
most
convenient "user friendly" way to Geo Spatial Industries," said Richard
Selmeier, president and chief operating officer, Tele Atlas North
America.
"We expect direct access to Tele Atlas MultiNet (USA) and EZ-Locate
Online,
will enable ESRI users to develop and integrate their ESRI applications
in a
more cost effective and efficient manner," Selmeier added.
The Geography Network is a framework for sharing data, services, and
solutions over the Internet. Built using ArcIMS, ESRI's Internet
mapping
software for publishing geographic content, the Geography Network is a
place
where people can go to publish, share, and use geographic data and
services.
It is an Internet marketplace where users can search and preview
information
and includes a commerce engine that manages subscription access. As
industry
moves closer to the integration of the Internet and the desktop, the
Geography Network provides a direct link between the user and service
providers offering maps, value-added data, and industry-specific
applications and solutions.
ESRI, the world's leading provider of geographic information system
(GIS)
software products, builds technology to support the Geography Network,
as
well as maintaining the Geography Network portal, metadata catalog,
digital
marketplace, and search engine. Browse, download, or use data by using
the
free viewer on the Geography Network.
