@Road and PHH Arval Partner to Provide Comprehensive
Solutions to Fleet Customers

FREMONT, Calif., March 30, 2001--@Road(SM) (Nasdaq:ARDI), a leading provider of
location-enhanced wireless Internet solutions for mobile resource management, today announced that it has signed a Mutual
Strategic Distribution Agreement with PHH Arval, one of the world's leading vehicle management companies.
Under the agreement, the parties will promote and cross-market their products and services to their existing and potential
customers. PHH currently manages more than 410,000 vehicles in North America, and more than 1.1 million worldwide.
With more than 35,000 subscribing vehicles, @Road is one of the largest Internet-based application service providers of
fleet management solutions.
As part of the agreement, PHH Arval is authorized to promote, market and solicit orders for @Road Web-based mobile
resource management solutions, and @Road is authorized to promote, market and solicit orders for PHH vehicle
management services, which include maintenance management, accident and risk management and fuel card services.
@Road mobile resource management services include Web-based location, monitoring, messaging, reporting and
scheduling features for businesses, organizations and mobile professionals. These services are powered by the @Road
patented LocationSmart(TM) technology platform, which combines wireless, positioning and XML technologies with the
Internet into a fully integrated network.
