Partnership to Provide Utilities With Integrated CIS and Enterprise Solution

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, Sept. 25, 2001--AMX International, a J.D. Edwards

today that it has extended its strategic selling partnership with J.D. Edwards & Company.
As part of this partnership, AMX will offer J.D. Edwards OneWorld(R) collaborative commerce
applications and AMX Utiligy(TM), a completely integrated utility billing and Customer Information System
(CIS), to customers nationwide including electric, gas, water and refuse municipal and commercial utilities.
