You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming only that we received your reservation request - not that your reservation has been made. If you do not receive this confirmation, please call 614.228.2674.

Due to the outstanding response to COSI On Wheels programs, all requests are tentative until confirmed by COSI in writing on your deposit invoice. A nonrefundable deposit of $200 per day is due after you have you received your invoice. COSI On Wheels can accommodate up to 500 students per day. Program balance is due no later than TWO MONTHS before your program date.
