Important Terms & Conditions: All reservation requests are tentative until confirmed by COSI in writing on your deposit. A nonrefundable deposit of $200 per program day is due immediately after you have received your deposit invoice. Program balance is due no later than two months before your program date. For events outside of Ohio, an additional mileage fee may be assessed. By clicking "Submit Request," you agree to these terms and conditions.
