To make a field trip reservation, please call 614.228.2674 or 888.819.2674 between the hours of 9am and 4pm ET, Monday through Saturday. Financial assistance is available for some groups; ask a COSI Representative for options and criteria or view the CAP program.

COSI Souvenir Bag Program | Download/Print Order Form (PDF)
Get ahead of the game and pre-plan your student's trip to the COSI store for souvenirs. Souvenir bags are offered at $5, $7, or $10 per bag. Each bag includes a patch, stretch pen, and pencil. The $10 bag includes a drawstring backpack too!
Field Trip Payment
To expedite check-in on the day of the visit, please pay in advance using a check, credit card, or purchase order. Payments can also be made at the box office upon arrival. Refunds are not possible. An adult chaperone that is not part of a group's reservation will need to pay general admission upon their arrival at COSI.
If your group brings fewer people than the reserved number paid for, COSI will provide appropriate admission passes and theater ticket vouchers for those unable to attend with the group so that they may visit on their own within the following six months.
In the event of an emergency that causes a trip to be canceled, COSI will make every attempt to reschedule the group time or provide passes for your group members to visit COSI individually. Please note that payment for Electronic Education programs is due four weeks in advance. Pricing subject to change without notice.
