NOTE: You should receive an email confirmation within two business days that we have received your reservation request. If you do not receive this email, call us directly 614.228.2674 x 0 or toll free 888.819.2674 x 0.

If the program you requested is full, or reserved for another council, a COSI representative will contact you to reschedule your program.

You will receive your Camp-In Reservation Packet six weeks prior to your Camp-In date. Payment is due four weeks in advance of the program.
 
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your Camp-In reservation, please call 614.228.2674 x 0. COSI will make every attempt to reschedule you into another date. If rescheduling isn't possible, we will refund you in COSI Bucks for the amount you paid. Cash refunds are not available.
