NOTE: You should receive an email confirmation within two business days that we have received your reservation request. If you do not receive this email, call us directly 614.228.2674 x 0 or toll free 888.819.2674 x 0.

If the program you requested is full, or reserved for another council, a COSI representative will contact you to reschedule your program.

You will receive your Camp-in Overnight Reservation Packet  six weeks prior to your Camp-In date. Payment is due four weeks in advance of the program.
 
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your Camp-In reservation, please call 614.228.2674 x 0. COSI will make every attempt to reschedule you into another Camp-In date. If rescheduling isn't possible, we will refund you in COSI Bucks for the amount you paid. Cash refunds are not available.
