HJW Goes to ESRI 2001

Oakland, CA, July 3, 2001 - HJW GeoSpatial (HJW), Inc., will be exhibiting in booth 1311 at the twenty-first annual ESRI International User Conference, held in San Diego, California on July 9-13, 2001.

Two HJW representatives were selected to give presentations at the conference. Joe Bartorelli, HJW director, consulting and development services will participate in the moderated session “Data Conversion Project Management” on Tuesday, July 10 at 8:30 a.m. in room 15-B (SDCC). Bill Zeman, HJW manager, consulting and development services, Northwestern U.S. will be giving his paper, “Local Governments’ Management of Rapid Growth Through Mapping Update Programs,” on Tuesday, July 10 at 10:00 a.m. at the Rancho Las Palmas room at the Marriott.

A prize drawing for a framed aerial photo of San Diego will be held by HJW on Wednesday, July 11.

Serving municipal, government- and private-sector clients since 1949, HJW’s custom professional services include aerial photography, photogrammetry, digital orthophotography, topographic and planimetric mapping, remote sensing and GIS. The firm also provides forestry services and operates Pacific Aerial Surveys, its photo library that makes more than 500,000 historic and current images available to the public.
